Wow! This hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and brand new. I loved having a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden on the 5th floor. Plus, they thought of everything with amenities like a fridge, in-room safe, coffee & tea service, and a heated bathroom. The only downside was the mix-up with the bed request, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The rooms on the highest floor were very spacious, clean, and new. The balcony overlooking the garden added a lovely touch.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and queries. They even walked us to the apartment block we needed. The only hiccup was the confusion with the bed setup, but they were friendly and helpful overall.

The location couldn't have been better for exploring Taipei! Right above Taipei Main Station MRT, with easy access to transportation, food, and shopping. The only flaw was the part of the building where the rooms are situated, but being so close to everything made up for it.

The meal served in the morning had its shortcomings, which was a bit disappointing. However, it didn't take away from the overall great experience of the hotel.

The facilities were top-notch and added to the overall comfort of the stay. It's a shame that there was another minus point when it came to the dining experience, but the amenities made up for it.
